Right of Withdrawal (EU)
Effective date: 2026-03-06
This withdrawal policy applies to consumers who purchase digital products and services in euro from the Austrian operator:
Anna Bertoldi (sole proprietor)
Kirchstetterngasse 7/78
1160 Vienna, Austria
Email: info@betterwithanna.health
Purchases in Russian rubles by residents of the Russian Federation are instead governed by the Public Offer (Oferta); the EU right of withdrawal described here does not apply to them.
Which purchases this applies to
Whether a withdrawal is still possible depends on what you bought:
Digital downloads (PDF e-books, menus, guides, recipe collections, bundles): you have a 14-day right, but it ends as soon as the file is made available if you agreed to immediate provision and acknowledged the loss of the right at checkout and we confirmed this on a durable medium (see section 3). For an already-delivered, properly-confirmed download, withdrawal is therefore no longer possible. If that confirmation was missing, the right remains and the period can extend by up to 12 months.
Programs and courses with guidance (cohorts, accompanied programs): these are services. The 14-day right remains — receiving some material does not end it. It ends only once the service has been fully performed at your express request and with your acknowledgement. If you withdraw while the program is running, you pay only a proportionate amount for the part already delivered (see section 4).
Consultations (1:1): also a service. Before the consultation takes place you may withdraw and be refunded in full; if it is carried out within the period at your express request and you then withdraw, you pay a proportionate amount; once fully performed with your acknowledgement, the right is lost.
This overview is for guidance; the binding rules are in sections 1–5 below.
1) Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Anna Bertoldi, Kirchstetterngasse 7/78, 1160 Vienna, Austria, email: info@betterwithanna.health) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
2) Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
3) Early loss of the right of withdrawal for digital content
For contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. PDF downloads, e-books, menus, guides), your right of withdrawal is lost once we have begun performance after you have (a) given your express prior consent to begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period and (b) acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and (c) we have provided you with confirmation of the contract on a durable medium (for example, the delivery email). If any of these three conditions is missing, your right of withdrawal remains; in particular, if the durable-medium confirmation is missing or incomplete, the withdrawal period is extended by up to 12 months and you owe nothing for content already supplied (CRD Art. 16(m); FAGG §18(1)(11)).
4) Services and programs with a start date
For services (e.g. guided programs, cohorts or consultations) the 14-day right of withdrawal remains. If you expressly request that performance begin during the withdrawal period and you then withdraw, you owe a proportionate amount for what has been provided up to the point of withdrawal.
5) Online withdrawal function
From 19 June 2026 we additionally provide an easily accessible online withdrawal function on the order/checkout page (a “Withdraw from contract” button → “Confirm withdrawal”). After submission you receive an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (email) stating the content, date and time of your declaration. Use of this function is optional and does not replace the other means described above.
