Partner & Media Collaboration Terms

These terms apply to all collaborations, partnerships, sponsorships, guest appearances, supplier relationships, media productions and other joint formats within Better With Anna and TheBetterPlate.

1) Editorial independence

Better With Anna and TheBetterPlate maintain full editorial independence. All final decisions regarding content, structure, style, wording, editing, publication timing and removal of materials lie exclusively with Anna Bertoldi.

No partner, sponsor or other collaboration participant has a right to final editorial approval.

2) No editorial control by partners

Partners may provide factual information for accuracy purposes, but they have no right to control editorial opinions, demand script approval or approve the final version.

3) Transparency and advertising disclosure

Where legally required, content arising from commercial collaborations may be labeled accordingly, for example as advertising, sponsored content or partner contribution.

4) Responsibility for products, statements and legal compliance

The relevant partner remains fully responsible for the accuracy of provided information, the legal permissibility of claims, necessary approvals and the regulatory compliance of the product or service.

5) Right to reject or end a cooperation

Anna Bertoldi may reject or end collaborations at any time if they conflict with brand values, evidence-based standards, ethical principles, editorial independence or legal requirements.

6) Changes and removal of content

Content created within a cooperation may be edited, updated, shortened, redesigned or removed after publication.

7) Participation of guests in podcasts, videos and events

Guests agree that recordings may be edited for clarity, length, structure and editorial design. Participation does not create a right to editorial control over the final version.

8) Intellectual property

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, all content created within the cooperation remains the intellectual property of Better With Anna and TheBetterPlate.

9) Governing law

For collaborations handled through the Austrian operator, Austrian law applies. For collaborations handled through the Russian operator, Russian law applies.
