My story

I'm {age}, and my biological age is 36. That's not magic or harsh restriction — it's the result of habits I built over years and tested on myself first. I know what it's like to live at full speed, run out of energy by evening and not understand what's off.

At some point I stopped chasing the next “miracle” diet and started understanding how food actually shapes energy, hormones and the pace of ageing. The deeper I went into the research on longevity and the Blue Zones, the clearer it became: it isn't about bans — it's about a system you can live by for life.

That's how the Better Plate method was born — a calm, science-backed way of building your plate. Today I share it with women around the world through guides, menus, books and supported programs. To me, health isn't a fight against yourself — it's a form of self-care.

My approach

What I believe

A few principles everything I do rests on — and the heart of the Better Plate method.

1

No diets, no extremes

No fasting, no bans, no counting yourself into exhaustion. Just a way of eating you can keep for life.

2

Grounded in science

Built on longevity research, the Harvard healthy plate and Blue Zone foods — not passing trends.

3

Care, not a battle

Eating well is a form of self-love. I speak gently and without pressure: small steps matter more than grand efforts.

4

Energy and longevity

The goal isn't a number on the scale — it's steady energy, a clear head and a biological age that runs slower than your passport.

Let's begin together
