After 35 the feeling is familiar: you eat sensibly, you move, and still there is less strength than before, the body feels softer, and by evening you want something you can't quite name. More often than not the missing piece isn't calories but protein — nobody ever told you how much you personally need, or how to reach that amount across an ordinary day.

This bundle puts the two halves together: the 67-page guide “Eat Better. Stay Strong.” and “Protein Menu · 28 days” with 84 recipes — 28 breakfasts, 28 lunches, 28 dinners, plus 5 protein shakes. The guide gives you the number — 1.2–1.8 g of protein per kilogram of body weight — and the menu shows what that looks like on a plate: classic shakshuka (31 g of protein), Greek yoghurt with cottage cheese and berries (42 g), chicken breast with quinoa and sun-dried tomatoes (51 g), cod with tomatoes and white beans (41 g), chickpea curry with spinach and edamame (33 g). Protein and calories are printed on every recipe.

About half the recipes are plant-based — tofu scrambles, hearty lentil soup, chickpea and spinach curry, black bean patties — with legumes paired with grains so the protein is complete, and there is no processed meat anywhere in the book. You build the day from breakfast, lunch and dinner so that each meal carries quality protein: no counting, no gym cult, no rigid schemes. Bought together, the two parts cost noticeably less than separately.

Frequently asked

How do I receive the bundle?

Immediately after payment: a download link appears on screen and arrives by email. Both files stay in your account forever.

What format are they in?

PDF — comfortable to read on a phone and fine to print. Steps are short, three to five per recipe, and ingredients are given in grams. No special products are required: protein powder appears only in the shakes and a couple of breakfasts.

Does it work if I don't eat meat?

Yes. About half of the 84 recipes are plant-based and marked as such: tofu scrambles, hearty lentil soup, chickpea and spinach curry, black bean patties. Legumes are paired with grains (lentils with rice, chickpeas with bulgur) so the protein is complete, and processed meat — sausages, ham, bacon — is not used at all.
