You know your day should hold more greens and vegetables — but in the morning there is neither the time nor the appetite, and by evening it turns out one salad was all you managed. What you want is something simple: pour it, drink it, get on with your day — and not a sweet banana milkshake, but something that genuinely does you good.

This book holds 22 recipes sorted into five needs: “Weight and lightness”, “Energy and focus”, “Immunity and protection”, “Beauty and skin”, “Sport and recovery” — from “Light start” and “Flat belly” to “Spirulina boost”, “Pomegranate defence”, “Glow Effect” and “Cherry protein”. It opens with the base formula for building a smoothie without any recipe at all: roughly 50 % greens and vegetables, 30 % fruit, 10–20 % seeds and superfoods, plus the order they go into the blender: liquid → greens → fruit and vegetables → seeds and superfoods → ice. It closes with two bonuses: the ginger shot “Energy” and the “Matcha Harmony” smoothie.

Every recipe serves 2 and is built the same way: ingredients, short steps of 40–60 seconds in the blender, and a separate “Benefit” note explaining why this particular combination. The ingredients are ordinary — spinach, apple, cucumber, beetroot, frozen berries, flax and chia — while superfoods such as spirulina, matcha or açaí are marked optional. The book is written in Russian and reads just as well on a phone in the kitchen as it prints on paper.

Frequently asked

What language is it in?

The book is in Russian only: recipe names, ingredients and steps are all in Russian. There is no English or German edition of this one.

Do I need rare ingredients or a powerful blender?

The base is everyday food: greens, apple, cucumber, beetroot, carrot, frozen berries, flax and chia. Superfoods (spirulina, matcha, açaí, pitaya powder) are always marked optional, and blending takes 40–60 seconds — any home blender will do.

Can a smoothie replace a meal?

Not as a habit. A smoothie is a fast way to add fibre, protein and greens — it works best alongside meals, or as a snack. The book says where a smoothie stands in for breakfast and where it should not.
